When we reconnect with sensations—breath, posture, muscle tension, and movement—the body can gently down-shift out of fight/flight/freeze and return to a state of regulation.

Breathwork and Nervous System Regulation

Breath is one of the fastest ways to communicate safety to the nervous system.

We use:

  • Paced breathing for calming
  • Gentle vagal toning resets
  • Breath practices that reduce anxiety without triggering dizziness or overwhelm

Myofascial Release

Self-massage using balls or rollers helps release chronic muscle tension and stored stress patterns.

This work supports:

Vagal Toning Resets

Subtle practices that support the vagus nerve and parasympathetic response, including:

  • Gaze orientation

     

  • Humming or gentle vocalization
