We are a trauma-informed wellness company dedicated to helping individuals recover from burnout, trauma, and major life transitions. Our immersive retreats, workshops, and one-on-one coaching are designed to guide you back to a place of grounding, self-reconnection, clarity, and purpose.
Hi, I’m Natalie—founder of Rekindled Retreats, former firefighter, single mom, and someone who knows firsthand what it means to rebuild a life from the ashes.
For 14 years, I served my community as a firefighter, running into emergencies while carrying my own silent battles with stress, trauma, and burnout. After a career-ending neck injury and a long journey through PTSD, I found myself faced with two choices: let the weight of it all bury me… or learn how to heal and thrive in an entirely new way.
Rekindled was born from that turning point. I wanted to create the kind of space I wish I’d had during my hardest moments—a place to pause, reconnect with your nervous system, and gently call back the parts of yourself you thought were lost for good.
Here, we blend somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and soulful workshops designed to help you find calm, clarity, and resilience. Whether you’re a first responder, veteran, caregiver, or someone navigating life’s transitions, Rekindled is here to remind you: burnout doesn’t have to be the end of your story.
